Vegan Food Festival 2023 took place at Canh Doi Park (District 7, Ho Chi Minh City) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on August 25th, 26th, and 27th. This cultural event facilitated people to access green and clean foods from plants that create a bridge from farm to table and a playground for Vietnamese chefs. The event also promoted the message “Eat Clean – Live Well” and brought participants to enjoy traditional and modern dishes.
There were more than 200 booths and many activities such as the “Green Chef 2023” contest, the “Best Vegetarian Tray”, the tranquil meal, Great buffet for over 10,000 people. Accordingly, to increase more appeal to people during the event, the festival also combined many activities such as folk games, music, and contemporary dance shows; a talk show about vegetarian cuisine with famous artists, leaders, and entrepreneurs; and performances for the Vietnamese record.
