Cooking competitions often generate a lot of enthusiasm, connecting everyone from the start until the moment the results are announced. There were 20 teams with over 60 cooks from luxurious restaurants and hotels in Lam Dong province as well as many other regions and towns around the country. Artichokes are the key ingredient in 100 wonderful dishes with unique Asian and European flavors, created by the chefs’ clever and talented hands.
At the end of the competition, the Judges announced:
