Cholimex Oyster sauce is a balanced taste between sweet and mild salty, highlighting the delicate nature in each dish when processing.

Produced and bottled on a modern, closed technology line, strictly tested, not using chemicals as well as preservatives, ensuring food safety and hygiene for consumers.

With marinated dishes: Add one tablespoon of oyster sauce (4-course dish) to the material and mix well, marinate about 15 minutes

For stir-frying dishes: stir-fry 500g vegetables with oil to taste all spices to be mouthful, put 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and blend for a few minutes before turning off

For blending dishes: blends with Char siu dry-noodles, fried rice, …

Make sauce for boiled vegetable: put oyster sauce in a small saucepan, wait for the oil to boil, add a little water, sugar, minced garlic, stir well then take to a small bowl or you can also pour directly on the vegetables.
