Cholimex Food received Class I Labor Medal

On January 24, Cholimex Food Joint Stock Company (Cholimex Food) held a ceremony to receive the First Class Labor Medal signed by the President for the Cholimex Food Company.

And a third-class Labor Medal awarded to two leading individuals, Mr. Duong Van Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Diep Nam Hai, General Director of Cholimex Food Company.

At the same time, 4 individuals of the company were also honored to receive certificates of merit from the Prime Minister. Cholimex Food is a state-owned enterprise developed from Cholimex Seafood Processing and Export Food Enterprise, famous for Cryogenic freezing food (frozen food) products, ketchup and chili sauce. Cholimex Food is considered a successful state-owned enterprise after equitization in 2006. Cholimex Food is constantly improving to grow and compete with imported goods, stand firm on the domestic market and move to the world market.

Up to now, the company’s revenue in 2018 has reached 1,980 billion VND (equal to 2,440% of charter capital), an increase of 23.5% compared to 2017; Profit before tax was VND 110 billion (equal to 135% of charter capital), an increase of 54% compared to 2017.
